FASPIT is provided by Integritas Cloud Solutions. This policy explains how we handle your data.

What we collect

· Account data: your name and email address
· Technical logs: minimal error and security logs needed to keep the service running

We never collect, read, or analyze your project content, client data, or invoices for advertising or any purpose outside operating the service.

FASPIT is built on a small number of industry-trusted providers:

· Clerk handles sign-in, passwords, and sessions. FASPIT never stores your password.
· Stripe (via Clerk) processes subscription payments. FASPIT never sees or stores your card details. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified — the highest level in the payments industry.
· Supabase stores your project data in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. Row-Level Security ensures that no cross-account data access is architecturally possible — not even a software bug can expose another customer's data.
· Vercel hosts the application. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

We don't sell your data to third parties
We don't use your content for advertising or AI models
We don't share data with anyone except the providers above that operate the service

You own all content you put into FASPIT
You can export your data at any time from within the app
You can delete your account at any time — all associated data is removed from our systems
Billing records may be retained as required for legal and tax compliance

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-Level Security at the database level means each organization's data is isolated by design.

Data may be stored or processed in data centers outside your country, depending on the infrastructure providers listed above.

FASPIT is intended for users who are 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
