Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FASPIT, provided by Integritas Cloud Solutions LLC ("Company"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using FASPIT

• · You must be at least 18 years old to use FASPIT
• · You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• · We may add, change, or remove features over time

Your content

• You own everything you put into FASPIT — your clients, projects, invoices, and time entries are yours
• We process your data only to operate and support the service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any content you add

What you agree not to do

• Use FASPIT for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
• Attempt to access other users' data or data not belonging to your organization
• Upload malware or content that infringes on others' rights
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or any other activity that places excessive or unauthorized load on the service or its infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Payments and subscriptions

• · Subscriptions renew automatically — you can cancel at any time from within the app
• · Fees and plan details are shown at the time of purchase; prices may change with notice before your next billing term
• · You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Availability

FASPIT is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free. We'll do our best to keep things running reliably, but we can't guarantee it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integritas Cloud Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow companies to fully disclaim liability by contract — if a court determines we are liable for something despite this, the most we owe you is the amount you paid for FASPIT in the billing period during which the issue occurred.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if there is a security risk requiring it. Limitations of liability and content ownership survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Montana.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use FASPIT after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
